Kailalis patrols the vast universe looking for any anomalous organisms. She does her best to make sure that Outer Space is a safe place for creations to travel through, if they have the technology to do so.
After the Eternal Serpent was sealed, Kailalis took up its job. But being a more caring and curious deity, Kailalis isn't exactly the best at bug-squashing like the Eternal Serpent was.
Out of her two siblings, Kailalis is the most delicate with life. Despite her intimidating size and appearance, she tries her best to avoid harm when interacting with things born out of her sister's rock formations.

- The name Kailalis was chosen to follow the theme of her sisters' names, ending in -is. It was formed out of the Tagalog word kailaliman, which means "abyss".
