Winter is a member of the Kingdom Collective. He leads the Freezeover District, a district that specializes in making magic weapons. Winter was appointed as the District leader after King Azure witnessed her expert blade-wielding skills. He is often considered the most toughest member of the Kingdom Collective.

Winter is very strict and is not afraid to pick a fight with those who are larger than him. Some like to say that the coldness of Freezeover has frozen her heart and turned it cold, but in reality, Winter is generally very well-meaning and simply wants to protect his people as best as possible.
