Legends say that Kamaparu was once a young Lepidarcan child with a love for life and nature, but ended up perishing due to a sickness their parents could not cure. It's unknown whether this story is true or not, because Kamaparu themself does not speak, so others may not know of their true nature. But despite being known as the deity of Death, Kamaparu is incredibly caring and gentle of their surroundings. It is said that anyone being rough and uncaring for life of any sort will be punished by Kamaparu.

Among the deities of Far End, Kamaparu is the most elusive. They are almost never seen during visible hours, and their last supposed "sighting" was hundreds of years ago. Some believe it is because they are in mourning for the hero who had helped save the world from total corruption.
