Cardinal

Bio

Cardinal is a member of the Kingdom Collective, and is the leader of the Skyarrow District of Azadia. After the death of the monarch Verian, she ended up taking his place as the pseudo-leader of the Kingdom Collective. She is mute and often appoints fellow Collective leader Winter to be her sign interpreter.

Cardinal is beloved by all of her people, and even some in districts outside of their own. She is very kind and thoughtful, even if she can be a little bit strict on occasion. Her kindness and determination to press forward even in hard times is what landed her the position of Skyarrow's Leader.
